MMR has developed a distinctive barcode-label integration system for inventory and transaction tracking by location, part, and pallet. As product enters the MMRfacility, a small barcode label is affixed to the product; this label and client-specified product data, such as serial number, accessory return, physical damage and product comments, are entered into MMR's database and available to clients through OrderVision, MMR's 24/7, real-time visibility system. MMR adheres to all retail labeling compliance requirements. Our Warehouse Management System (WMS) automatically optimizes the location of products in the warehouse, based on activity level. This practice reduces order-picking time and associated labor costs. Additionally, MMR has flexible user-defined and configured location-based storage controls for all inventory types.
